Payne's Bio
Payne's taken years to sit down, think out his albums and write what has meant the most in his life. From the battlefields of Iraq, Somalia, and Bosnia, Payne has learned life lessons the hard way, and has evolved as a person. Using his music to help people gain insight into life's lesson, he bends tough messages with life's whimsical expressions. The thing that sets Payne apart from most other rappers is that he can express himself in ways that doesn't require the use of vulgarity, demeaning people to make his point, and uplifts people daily. Payne's influences have been vast. From hip hop to heavy metal to soul, Payne infuses all these while writing his lyrics.
Payne’s Music is a combination of many types of life events, past experiences, and life’s many trials that have shaped me into the person that he is today. He’s taken some of life’s worst lessons and tried to place them into perspective that everyone can understand. He’s in his 3rd year of performing and recording music as an emcee. He’s done close to 50 shows all over the Northwest. “Payne” has been involved music for approximately 20 years in different forms and capacities. Now, he has stepped to light as an emcee and dropped a few albums, done shows all over the Northwest, and has brought a positive message in his music that reaches out to everyone. Payne's done many shows, from charity to profit. Charity shows include WeWin1-4, and Food Wars3. He’s opened for Young Buck, Twista and Layzie Bone also performed with artists from all over the NW.
